A large number of preschool-aged children in the Richmond are not enrolled in any preschool. Our free, bilingual Saturday program helps children make a smooth transition across cultures into kindergarten and beyond. Saturday Learning Time (SLT) runs Saturday mornings 10 months of the year, serving a maximum 26 students at a time. More Information |

| The CLC has joined with the Beacon Center at Roosevelt Middle School in providing this greatly needed a tutoring program. Youth Empowering Youth pairs volunteer high school tutors with middle school students who need some extra help twice a week for two hours. More information |
