The non-profit Community Learning Center at St. James (CLC) became a Community Center At St. James Partner in 2004. It was founded in order to encourage, manage and provide facilities and educational, service, and community building programs that serve the needs of children, youth, adults and seniors in the Richmond District and beyond.

In addition to the many new and exciting CLC Programs that have arisen from the needs of our surrounding community, the CLC helps many organizations sharing their programming at the Center throughout the year - please see Partner Programs for a listing of current programming provided by our neighborhood partners.
